1. General Information Our online and physical store operates in Cyprus (Ayia Napa / Protaras area), offering fishing tackle, equipment rental services, and organized sea fishing charters.

2. Bookings & Fishing Trips

• Bookings for fishing trips can be made online through our website or by prior arrangement.

• A booking is considered final upon completion of payment or deposit.

• In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen technical issues, the captain reserves the right to postpone or cancel the trip for safety reasons. In such cases, a date change or a full refund will be offered.

3. Equipment Rental (Rental Kits)

• The customer bears full responsibility for the equipment (rods, reels, tackle bags, etc.) throughout the rental period (e.g., 24-hour packages).

• A security deposit may be required upon rental, which is fully refundable upon safe return of the gear in its original condition. In case of severe damage or loss, the cost will be covered by the deposit or charged additionally based on the item's full replacement value.

4. Pricing & Payments All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through available online payment methods.
