Cancellation & Refund Policy – CK Fishmania

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully.

1. Fishing Trip Cancellations (Charters)

• Customer Cancellation: For a free cancellation or date change, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

• Business Cancellation: If a trip is cancelled by us due to weather conditions or force majeure, you will receive a 100% refund or a free rescheduling option.

2. Equipment Rental Cancellations

• Equipment rental cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time with a full refund.

3. Product Returns (Physical Goods / Tackle)

• In accordance with E.U. law, you have the right to withdraw and return unopened/unused products within 14 days of receipt.

• The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
